Tapping into the nostalgia of its Mission Beach boardwalk location, Colkitt designed a strikingly fresh concept for this 400-seat restaurant perched above the San Diego coastline. The design is an immersion into a swim-up bar—minus the pool. Enlisting just-right retro elements, aquatic-inspired details, and hotel services, Cannonball endures as a high-design destination for social dining.
